The Story Behind the Stories

Books

In 2014, I had a powerful dream that completely changed my life. I saw the spirit of my future child in my dream, who urged me to start writing children's books. Back then, I was working teaching leadership at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. It was during this time that I noticed many of my gifted students were struggling with mental health issues. These realizations, coupled with my persistent dreams, ignited a fire within me that could not be ignored. I knew that we needed to discuss the importance of mindfulness and leadership in early childhood rather than waiting until college. I was blessed that my first book became a best-seller, and I am proud to be the lead editor of "Developing Change Agents" - a book that we published on an open-source platform so it can benefit everyone.
